hola,
According to the trouble code that you say it is producing, and the description of the trouble that you say you have, the problem seems to be in your electronic transmission control module. The transmission functions in your vehicle are electronically controlled and this is the module in your transmission that performs shifting and other functions within the unit. If this module is defective, or inoperative for whatever reason, your transmission will not operate. Unfortunately this is not a user-replaceable item, at least by the average user. I suggest that you take your vehicle to a good transmission repair shop for repairs to this module in order to restore function to your transmission.

HOLA,
You might try one thing before you run it in to a shop. Before you do what is below, write down the P code that popped up on the odometer.
First--Disconnect the battery at the negative post.
Second--turn the headlights on for 5 minutes, this ensures that all the computer modules have erased their memory
Third, turn headlamps off, then reconnect the negative post on the battery.
This is a complete method of rebooting all the computer modules in the truck.
Start it up and see if the trans will engage. If so, take it for a drive around the block, making sure it hits all the gears, including reverse. If any of the gears don't shift right, get it into a shop before any damage is done to the mechanicals inside the tranny. If you are the first or second owner, with the warranty transferred, it may fall under warranty work at the dealer----make sure you check first, so you don't end up with an outragous bill
Good Luck
