Hey guys what amp would you recommend for the jl 10w6v2 sub? I can get a discount from bestbuy so lets limited this to something from Alpine,Infinity,Kenwood,Pioneer,Rockford,sony..

its a dual 4 ohms

 

anything 400-500 rms @ 2ohm id go alpine or fosgate myself

 

Rockford makes a great quality product. The last amp i had from them still works great and is over 10 yrs old. Since then in other vehicles i have gone with lower quality (cheaper) products and have not had a problem. Just make sure all your wiring is done correctly and you dont overload the amp... in other words buy one you know will push your sub easily and dont buy a smaller amp and have it maxed out all the time.
