warning light
Mine came on the day before yesterday. I inspected everything I could think of and when I couldn't find anything else, I did something that I read in this forum. Worked for me, try it out:
1. Open the fuse panel under the hood.
2. Remove the fuse for the ECM
3. Get in and buckle the seat belt
4. Insert the key and turn to RUN, but DO NOT START
5. Wait about 5 seconds and you should hear a chime.
6. Wait another second or two and you'll hear another.
7. If both chimes sound, you have performed this successfully and the ECM has been reset. Start the engine and the light should be off. This will disable the ODS II and to enable it again, all you need to do is drive normally for a few miles.

If you have a gen 3 ram, and you get warning lights, it should dislay a "P" code on the odometer led. You then look up that P code in the FSM (factory Service Manual) to trouble shoot what might be happening
