Default RPM OUTLET

Have any of you guys had any trouble with RPM OUTLET. I ordered an AEM CAI BRUTE FORCE system about a week ago and so far haven't been able to use their shipment tracking system (I dodn't think it works) or been able to even get a reply from them on their email support link.

Oh man.. sorry you shopped there. Those bastards sent me the wrong CAI. their site said it was for the durango AND Ram.. so I ordered it. I evenhad to fill in the info for what vehicle it was going on. They charged me. It showed up about 10 days later. Then when I went to putit on, nothing fit. It was for the durango! And since opened it up to look at the directions, they wouldn't return it. I asked them why they sent me the one for the durango and not for the ram, they said they don't sell one for the ram. Then I asked them why they didn't go over the information I had to fill out to complete the order form, and the guy said they were too busy to look at ALL the info. I contacted K&N and they fixed me up. I wouldn't ever buy from those guys again. Worst experience ever. They gladly took my money though. Oh.. and when I called them, they got mad because I called them instead of emailing them. I ended up putting a stop on the payment too. Bastards...

Sorry.. Rant over...

But seriously.. sorry about your experience...
