Last night after work I went to unlock my truck with the remote and all of the locks unlocked but the drivers door. Even with the key it will not unlock. It's like something is jamming it. I can't even pull the lock up with my hand it won't budge. The only way to open the door is from the leverage of the inside handle, and even then it won't stay unlonked. It's barely enough to open it.

Haven't had that problem. Good thing about the 04s is the 7/70000 warranty, just the hassle of taking it to the dealer.

 

Has anyone tried to break into your truck? Someone slipped a screwdriver under my door handle and managed to knock one of the rods loose so they couldn't open it, but neither could I.

 

i thought the 7/70 was powertrain only?

Not showing any signs of tampering. I went out in this so called hurricane we are having and took the door panel off. I'f a buddy of mine ever f'n txt's me back I'll be taking it in today for them to look at tomorrow under warrenty. I have the extended warrenty so It's covered. I hope they don't see my sign of looking at as my f'ing it up in the first place. I hate Florida, always so ****ing muggy you can't do anything. Can't ride my R1, nothing ARGGGGGHHHHHH!!
