hey all,
i am looking to move my spare into the bed. i have the stock 20" rims with 275 tires. i am looking for something like this - http://performance.thepartsbin.com/b...6&brandid=1808 but that will fit the bigger tire. perhaps i can use the above bracket with a longer bolt, but i am unsure. any thoughts??

TheBlueBlur, I don't think just changing the bolt will help much since the 20" wheel/tire combo is 33" tall.

 

I really like the tire gate, is there anyone out the who has one and could tell us how they like it?

 

If I ever lift my truck and put on 37's, I'll probably go with it. I do like my tailgate though... [sm=shades.gif]

heh, if i only had a grand to blow on my truck.

i went the simple route on this one..... bought a nice fat bike lock from Wally world and straped it to the front rail opening on the bed. there is a nice bracket in there. so for the short term shes good. i would like to find something to put it back under the bed, but i dont know what i can use with my exhaust installed now. ill see if i can get some picks up in a few.
