My truck was at operating temp. when tested. It was about a week or so after I bought the truck so mid july, also I live in AZ, so it was hot and dry (didn't have much of a monsoon season last year) and the altitude is maybe at about 1200ft above sea level give or take (havent surveyed or had any major projects in the gilbert/chandler area recently to give you an exact altitude). Again I dont know what else to tell you guys, the window sticker at the dealership said 295, I didnt believe it and took it down to a shop to get it dyno'd and 290 is what the dyno showed. If I can find the paperwork for it in one of these dozens of moving boxes I've been unloading/unpacking all week I'll post a pic.

Whats the RW HP of a stock 4.7?
From what i have gathered here and at other forums, it seems like the BASE hp for the Hemi is 345, and the RW hp is roughly 250-260, and the 4.7L BASE hp is 235-240 (depending on year) and RW hp is roughly 190-200

Dont quote me on this, it seems like a bunch of people are sayting they dynod at 290+ hp... quite frankly that doesnt mean squat, someone could dyno their stock hemi at 260 ponies to the wheels, and someone across the street dyno their stock at 290. There are so many factors into dynoing that its pretty useless except if you want to add mods. eg. you dyno your truck at 250rwhp, then you add a CAI and you dyno again at 265rwhp, so all you know for certain is that the CAI gives you 15rwhp... thats about it...

but again, that last paragraph is IMHO
