I'm planning to buy a new '06 Ram 1500 with Hemi. Is there any options (besides Anti-Spin diff) that I should consider?

 

Well it depends on what you like. I would not have gotten the Infinity system and the 6 disk changer because I changed it all out. Other than that I havent done anything else.

 

Well, I pulled the trigger. '06 1500 Hemi, Auto, Big Horn package, chrome package, silver. Got the single CD but 1 yr of Sirius for free. Probably get a bed cover in the near future, or a spray in liner, or both. Haven't really decided on what, if any, mods I'll do. Just enjoying the ride right now.

 

i bought an 06 single cab 2wd SLT hemi auto on saturday and i havent driven it yet because i had to wait for them to fix the 06 recall

 

I'm supposed to take it back during lunch today to get that done. They told me it only takes about 20 minutes.

 

thats wierd, i had to test drive an 04 because the salesman all said they would get a 10,000$$$ fine if they let me drive it. they had to move all the 06's to a different lot because they were a liability too. i guess thats nevada compared to texas for you. i hope i can pick it up today, i'm getting quite finicky lol

 

I did have to sign a waiver saying I wouldn't put a child seat in front. That's actually illegal in Texas anyway. Oh and I was mistaken, they fixed something else today. They'll call and come get my truck when the parts come in for the seat recall. I guess I'm still dizzy from all the sales-speak last night.
