Be careful! This is very similar to an internet scam that has been happening on e-bay. NEVER "wire money" if you can't do this in person DONT DO IT!

Run, dont walk, away from this... there is no rhyme or reason for them to need you to wire the money site unseen.
If that is the case, it could be a shaky dealership that needs money to cover payroll or other expenses for a few days...either way - if they can't wait until you can drive there - there are plenty of other '02 Dodges out there.

yeah I'm more than aware on that. It's a Subaru Dealership. I think the truck was a trade in. They have a 1-800 number, their own website, and they are legit. Actually I told them I don't want to wire the money over. I would prefer to give them a cashier check. So they are going to overnight me a fedex package with all the informations and where to sign. Then I'm to enclose my cashier check and overnight it back to them.

yEAH I figure. Anyways I'll just wait till the overnight package arrive and then I'll call them up about what I want to do.

I agree with dodgedlr...Myself, I wouldn't send them anything until I have had a chance to test drive the vehicle and then the money exchange would be in person. Doesn't sound like someone I would do business with.

Sounds like the OP has already made up his mind regardless of the replies. Good luck dude, hopefully it won't turn out as shady as it sounds, but there is definitely something weird going on there.

P.S. Wire me 2k and I'll get you set up with a bridge in London.

hahah. Nah. It's cool.

Anyways I call up the salesman and talked it over with him. He agrees with me, and I guess now they just want me to fill out all the contract, DMV forms and overnight it back. So I get to hold onto my cashier check until I see the Truck. Everything is cool now.

Thanks Guys.
