Levelling Kit
I just bought coil spring spacers to level out my truck and was wondering what is the easiest way to use the coil spring compressor?
it seems to me that it would be hard to fit it on the spring. any help would be appreatiated.

This type of compressor is the easiest to use on coil springs.
Spring Compressor
Each one grabs one side of the spring. Air tools can help too, just don't get carried away. A spring of that size compressed is nothing to fool around with. I've been at the parts store where someone takes their strut in to have the new strut installed on the old spring, and all of a sudden, you hear the spring go flying across the back room.
I bought mine for like $20 at the local auto zone. Just make sure you lift the truck by the frame, not under the control arm or axle, that way the trucks weight isn't on the spring, otherwise you'll never get it out, hahaha. I've never done that kind of lift on a Ram, but have on many Jeeps in the past. You may have to unbolt your shock at one end to help the install. Hope that helps. Good luck.
