Super Charger or Turbo Kitss
Is there anyone manufacturing Super chargers and Turbo kits for these trucks??? If not what a dayam shame!!! I thought at one time Kenne Bell was coming out with a SC. Anyone know?
As far as kits go, you have 1 turbo or 1 supercharger choice.
GSM sells a sc kit and STS sells a turbo kit.
I have the turbo and I am a dealer for them.
They are easier to install and make more power and about the same price or cheaper.

I am definately interested in the Turbo kit. I also am thinking of going with the complete header and exhaust package from eiher Edelbrock shoot I can't remember the other. Do you have a website where I can see data on the turbo?
www.ststurbo.com click on "turbo systems" then go down to the "ram hemi" application. that website will explain everything and it explains the remote mounting and has prices.
Go with the STS. 415rwhp is very hard to disagree with and they sound sick! If you need any more proof then check out these vids. I am getting one as soon as I can afford to do it....

Now this was done on a '01 GMC Sierra Z71 Ext.Cab 4x4 fullsize truck with a 5.3L motor that at stock makes a max of 242HP at the wheels. This guy is now claimiing after the STS kit with 13lbs of boost he's making 436 RWHP and 479 RWTQ. And in all honesty I can believe it!

With the turbo, you don't need to waste any money on the exhaust, headers and such.
Turbos need heat from the exhaust to spool up quicker, so the stock manifolds work best.
You push so much air that it don't matter.
