ok heres the problem with me i have the chrome factory dodge steps for my car but i dont have the brackets that mount on the car to hold the steps up

i got the steps off of my cousins car but the brackets were to rusted so i couldnt take them off ive went to the dodge dealers and they cant get me them ive tried some truck stores around my area cant find any thing



can someone please tell me where i might be able to get them or what should i do with them because i have no use for them but i really need the side steps ..

 

couple of suggestions:

Try Ebay... If there is nothing there, check craigslist. If you can't find anyone selling em, post a wanted ad (its free). Also check local U-Pull it (junk yard) Still no luck, you may have to just purchase a completely new kit.

 

please dont do ebay.

 

I don't know. I just bought a nice set of real Westin's off Ebay and only paid $130. Real seller, not an outlet. Sometimes you get lucky and find someone who's using it for what it was meant for and not just to move mass product.

 

I only mentioned ebay in reference to the brackets, nothing more... but, Ebay does sometimes have good stuff. Just gotta find the right seller
