I just ordered four Bilstein heavy duties for my 03 ram 4x4 from this site. However, they seem to be having some issues right now. It should give you the full part numbers when they are up and running.

okay so for the fronts i want part # B46-2129? (from reading i understand that i need to use these even though they are for the older model truck). and for the rears i want part# BE5-2550-H1? or are the bilsteins just a longer stroke shock anyway and i can run all 4 hds that are actually made for my truck? just want to be sure before i order them this weekend. thanks and by the way thanks cbrewer, that site is cheap

Shocks are NOT gonna level you out. They only work on the ride.

If you want to level, you got to play with the springs/mounts.

Glad I could help a bit. They were the best price I could find. No tax or shipping. $263 delivered. Should have them on Monday.

Keni's right, shocks will do nothing to increase the front end lift, only the ride. I just installed my new torsion key leveler today and my god what a pain in the ***. 6 hours (with the incorrect tools mind you) and little blood and dirt later, I think I shoulda paid someone, but on the other hand, everyone around here wanted $200+ just to put them in. Now I need new shocks though so I'll use those part numbers when the money's there.

You need the part#'s for the older model trucks for the front because from what I was told they have a longer stroke as apposed to the stock ones on our trucks. I replaced my front and rears with the Bilstein Heavy Dutys after leveling my truck and what a difference they made.

I got under my truck, turned the adjustment bolts and my truck was level. Didn't take six hours or cost $200.

Got an alignment and everything checked out good.

I got the Bilsteins from Summit. Just looked up the shocks based on the previous generation trucks.

By the way you use the stock part#s for your truck for the rear shocks since your only lifting the front.
