I have a 1500 QC and I want to upgrade the speakers. I don't want to add an amp and subwoofer, or change the deck. What size speakers come in the truck? I'm thinking of just upgrading the 6x9's or whatever is in there and see what kind of sound I get. Thanks.

 

there 6.5's but you can get any size u want and the instalation crew can fabricate you a mount to really fit anything. as far as speaker brands go it depends on how much doe you want to spend and what kind of sound you want to get. what i would recommend for you for superb quality sound get a pair of focals the ones that i got are about $700 for the two front ones and are worth every penny another brand that i also have in the rear are boston pro series speakers which are about mid $500 and also sound awesome. they have lower versions of speaker models than the ones that i have and sound good also but from personal expeiriance i would recommend those brands and models
