Well I got the seat belt chime off, thanks guys for that, but is there a way to turn the chime off when the door is open and the keys are in the ignition?

 

I've heard a snip-snip of the ignition switch "key sense" wire solves this.

Of course, snip the wire with enough space to reconnect it if needed.

 

Well I didn't want to have to snip any wires......
