Default wheel part

My father has an 04 Ram 1500 4x2. I'm not sure his exact wheels but I think they are the 17" cast-aluminums. On tow of his wheels, the center piece that has the dodge logo has either been stolen or come out. Anybody have any idea where I can get a couple of replacements. I thought it might be a good christmas present. Any help will be appreciated.

I've lost 3 of them over the summer... they're gonna cost ya about $18 a pop. When you or him put them back in... use a little bit of silicone on the back to help hold them in... All 4 of mine are now held in with silicone and so far so good
