Default 03 2500 hemi gas mi

hey everyone I have an 2003 2500 quad cab 4x4 and I have magnaflow catback, hyperteck programmer, talor shorties, kn intake kit.
I have stock 4.10 gears and at30000 miles or so I had all the fluids changed, in the trans, diffs and the plugs changed out. I only get about 15 miles to the gallons running 75 to 90 miles an hour on the highway. And in town which is 60% of my driveing I get about 9 to 12 depending on how i drive it. The last few months it seems my gas m is getting worse, just had it to the dealership to get the front driver axle shaft replaced and they said everything else is fine. It runs great. But i was just wondering if anyone has some ideas, i thought maybe the gas i have been useing. My friend has an 04 quad cab hemi 1500 4x4 and he says he get better gas mi on 87 octane from a small mobile station in town that does not contain ethonal. I use 89 octane from a bp neat the interstate, cause round here they are one of two gas station that offer 89 as there low octane. Also I don't think it realy affects anything but I have completly replaced the audio sytem. I added an optima deep cycle because I run three amps and four offroad lights, the lights just from time to time, and didn't want to kill my battery someday and get stranded. I have boston pro 6.5 three ways in the form in q-form kick panels being run by a PPI 450 and have boston pro 6.5 two ways in the back being run by a PPI 280. And I have two boston pro tens under the back seat seeing 850 watts from a kenwood amp. Anyone have some ideas. Thanks

I've never come close to 15mpg.

I have a reg cab 2500 4x4 and I get about 10mpg year round mostly city driving.

A deep cycle battery is not a good idea on a truck, they are designed to be drained ,like boat trolling motors will do,then slowly recharged over a long period of time. After a while, your battery will develope a memory, like a NICAD battery and will lose its charge at an alarming rate and wont fully recharge. You would be better served with a pair of red top Optima's and a good capacitor. I wouldnt complain about 15 MPG out of a 3/4 ton 4x4!
