At face value I'm guessing it won't work all that hot, but hell go for it, if it works awsome, if not you've at least tried something for a cool purpose (more HP!!)

"Trying is the first step toward failure." Homer Simpson

Sorry, I couldn't help myself reading all the naysayers' posts.

You've got to try. If you don't you'll always wonder if it would have worked.

Cheers,

People have already been selling electric fan "superchargers" for awhile already.

You could easily test the pressure of the fan by building a tube capped off at one end with a PSI guage... mount the electric fan to blow into the tube.... and see what the MAX PSI it is capable of....

NOW this does NOT mean that the fan will make the same PSI on your engine at WOT... you need to measure how much air your engine moves at WOT and then how much the fan moves... Im willing to bet the electric fan will have a hard time keeping up with the demand of the engine and it will not be able to move the air fast enoung to create ANY boost at WOT>..... BUT it may aim to help increase partial throttle fuel economey.... but IMHO it will hinder WOT performance.
