I have had my 99 5.2 quad cab 4x4 for years and have decided on a newer truck. 05-06
So I was wondering how the 3rd generation models compare as far as problems to the 2nd generation.

Did Dodge fix the transmission and brake problems? Track bar issues??

Are there and newer problems to deal with??

I would have to have a Hemi as the 5.2 has never cut it in the hp department.

They are two different trucks. The new Dodge tranny is great and the over all build quality is waayy better than my 1999.
