Hey Guyz,
I recently bought an '03 Ram 1500 4X4, 4.7L Shortcab, SB. I've been lookin' around the forums here.....
Can anybody offer up some upgrades from stock that they thought were the most helpful?
Most interesting? Most rewarding?
Thinking of an in dash DVD (also use w/ a rearview camera that I already have)
Also... I had a Ford F150 before I went Dodge (which I am sorry for). I put on a Flowmaster 40, and I couldn't get much sound out of the Ford. My (new to me) '03 Ram sounds as good at stock as the Ford did with the cat-back 40!!
Thinking of trying the Flows on the Dodge, too....
Any other ideas??
Thanks!

i use to have a '02 ram with 4.7, i bought one of the CAI's from Chrome Intakes on ebay and also installed dual exhaust. it seemed to do pretty good and was fairly cheap, the intake was only $30 and the exhaust was about $250 at my buddy's shop. you might also try a chip, a hypertech or superchips programmer, somethin along those lines. but only so much u can squeeze outta a 4.7L, best of luck to ya man
