I call the insurance company, and they told me I still have a $500 deductable. But the good news, I found a place that will charge $175, which includes disposal, and mobile installation. There is also a lifetime guarentee. That beats 250-400 which every one else was quoting me. As for winshield insurance, I'm not going to bother. This is only my 2nd cracked winshield that I have ever had (First one was on my Trailblazer.) And know what sucks about this cracked winshield, It was less than 1/4" away from the edge of the winshield. If I was only over 1/2 more inch, it would have missed!!! But S#@% happens, then you get a new winshield............
