4,000 miles on stock chrome 20" wheels and tires. All I want out of them is enough to cover a new set of 17" wheels/tires.......Anyone know about what a set of decent semi/offroad tires and wheels might cost? Doesn't need to be anything fancy just functional.

 

I'm assuming the stock 17" wheels wouldn't be what you're looking for? I would love a set of 20's and trade off my 17's with nice goodyear tires (not offroad tires, but they're pretty meaty)..

Stock 17" wheels might be OK but I need meatier tires, my Ram isn't 4WD and mainly I haul my ATV's down a lot of dirt roads and up in the mountains, with winter coming I'm really concerned I may have some problems around a few areas.....I know for sure I wouldn't make it up the road to my brothers in Oregon.

im pretty sure bf goodwrinch makes their altrerrains for the 20s idk if you would want to do that. im not for sure though i just thought i saw a ram with them awhile ago. also sorry for poor spelling.

 

I have a set of brand new American Racing 17"x9" Crater rims still in the box and a set of 4 BFG all-terrains with at least 75% of the tread maybe more. They are at my shop, if your interested send me a pm and I will get you a picture of all of them tomorrow. I bought these for another truck but never used them, they are of course Dodge bolt pattern and the tires are also 17" but I am unsure of the exact size without looking at them first.

 

How much?

 

The tires have 4500 miles. I just want enough to cover the cost of new tires and wheels, looks like new 17" tires that I want to get are about $150 each, not sure how much 17" wheels might be I haven't priced them yet. Dealer said the 20" chrome wheel/tire package is like $1700 although I didn't price them, no way I'd expect to get close to that. Fancy wheels aren't as much a necessity as the mud/snow tires are. I'll probably go to a few places and get some prices, if it is too much I might not even bother, not like I expect to get close to what they would cost new.

 

I also would like to trade my 20's for 17's + cash.

My truck was recently stolen and these are the replacements I am wanting to trade. The wheels were very gently used and clean up very nice. The tires have about 2000 miles on them. I would like the stock 17in steel wheels that are chrome plated with good tires on them. The +cash would depend on the condition of the tires, and I'll also consider other trades.

I am located in Texas and would perfer to deal with someone fairly close.
