Its not that hard, I changed mine and ran all new wires to all the speakers.

thanks guys, ive got it all off no problem...just some wiring problems with my deck...i bought a quick connect thing....and either i havent wired it up properally or its faulty or my new deck is faulty

thanks for the help too!
i put in an alpine deck, mtx 12" sub and clarion amp...the sub, i built an angled box to fill the middle where the cupholders are in the back..i may mount some of the back of the box im not sure...not like i want anyone drinking back there anyways.

it was easy to run wires...i couldnt believe the ease of install on this truck as compared to older vehciles...
