Im trying to decide where I want the tips of my exhaust to exit when I get it done. Straight out the back, At the corners of the bumper, 90 bend behind tires, 45 degree bend behind tires or somewhere else. Im gonna be doing a 1 in 2 out muffler so it will be 2 3in tips exiting. Also havent made my mind up on 45 or 15 Slash cut tips and rolled end or not. So help me out fellas.

Total cost $400 at Master Muffler (Dynaflow Muffler, Mandrel bends, 3" stainless tips). A bit loud and some resonance below freeway speeds.

Mine come straight out the muffler and 45 down just past the rear axle.
My last ram i had them 22'd behind each rear wheel.
My s10 came straight out the back. However, i smashed them when i went to climb a hill that was to steep.

i have mine that angle behind my rear tires and i hate it like that. rocks are always hitting it when i go through mud and they are all chipped up. but thats the way they came if i wasn't so cheap id have them split 4 ft or so apart going straight out the back.

I got them the same way... it looks really good but i hate the way the rocks and stuff hit it. i would ahve done them straight out the back but thats even worse for offroading... you go a step hill and they will hit the ground and bend shut so i htink im going to do them out the right side infront of the wheel im goignt o go get an estimate next thime i go past the place.

Weswing04, do you find with your exhaust in front of the rear tire that your wheel needs cleaning often? I think it looks great, I only ask because on my 97 Ford the exhaust came out there and my wheel was a real pain to keep clean. Ford eventually put out a technical service bulletin on it and re-routed the exhaust at no charge.

Anyway, I like the look.
