Default Installed leveling kit, now Rear lift options?

I'm actually a long time Ford guy that recently made the switch and bought a Dodge. So, a couple of questions.
My truck is an 04 2500HD crew cab. Last night, I installed my 2" "leveling kit". After the install, the truck does sit almost level ( imagine that!)
Now, however I would like to bring the rear up around 1.5" of so. The rearson being that I plan on buying a small popup type pickup camper and pulling a car trailer, so I don't want the rear end sagging horribly with a load. I might buy some Firestone air bags, but an looking at other options.

Anyway, while looking at the raer spring pack, instead of a solid block spacer like I'm used to on the Fords, it almost looks like there are two small pieces of leaf spring for the spacer(between the spring pack and the axle). Does the centering pin go through all the leafs and also through these two small pieces? What have others done to raise the rear up slightly. Even 2" would be fine.

I just finshed installing my leveling kit, which also included Superlift add-a-leafs in the rear. It gave me a good 3" in the rear, and 2-3" in the front. With this setup you'll need shocks, otherwise they tend to bottom out on the extended portion. Last night I installed my new Bilstein 5150 shocks and so far I love them. I'm not sure how much you paid for your leveling kit, but I picked up my lift kit for $160 on ebay. In the next few days I'm going to inspect underneath, and make sure my brake lines are ok.

Thanks Motorhead.
I have a 2500, so I really don't want to do an add a leaf. Was thinking of a bigger block in the rear.
Does anyone know if the 2 little leaf like spacers between the axle and the spring perch are connected to the spring pack via the centering pin?

I've also seen lift shackles on ebay too, for about $60. I just stay as far away as I can from blocks... I hear too many bad stories.

Thanks. I'll check them out. As far as block go, yup excessive hights with blocks causes axle wrap, but 1-2 inches are not an issue. Check out an F250 or F350 sometime. 2" blocks inthe F250, and 4" ones in the F350.
