Yes Fabtech is a darn good lift, and thats a pretty good price. The normal price that I have seen it for a few places around town is 1900.00+

i believe the skyjacker 6" kit w/ their soft ride springs is the better of the kits other the Kore (i like the more travel you get w/ that one, just don't know the price or when it will come out), that is the kit i plan to run. its looks to be a better designed kit plus it come w/ the transfer case indexing ring, a full skid plate for the front axle, and looks a little stronger to me. i only saw a small skid plate that came w/ the fabtech. plus, i don't like lift blocks, and fabtech (to the best of my knowledge) doesn't have a kit w/ spirngs for the rear.

OK here's a really stupid question...if I get the Fabtech and it's got blocks for the rear, I can't put a body lift on top of that can I??

you should be able to, the body lift just lifts the body off of the frame some many inches.

But don't body lifts use blocks too?

No. Lift blocks are commonly used in the rear axle. Fabtech offers a AAL with their kits.
Fabtech is a good kit. For IFS trucks you don't want more suspension travel than you had stock. If so there will be CV's flyin' out from under your rig.

I have a 2002 Dodge 1500 and used the Fabtech 6" Performance lift. It comes in black! It was easy and excellent quality.
