I have to agree with BOYD98. looks like a nice product but way over priced. 900 dollars is that for dual exhaust and installed? I have a 2006 quad cab with the hemi. I would be interested but i live in RI so i would have to get it installed. That wouldn't be a problem. I looked at your video and sound clip sounds nice. Did your ram have the hemi, also was there any drone inside the cab? I would be interested but the price would have to be like $325 shipped to my door. pm me if you are intrested

 

Yes, the truck in our video has a Hemi. Sorry that $899.00 price is retail dealer installed price. We do pre-installed exhausts at many local Dodge dealers here in Southern California. They retail them for as much as $1300.00. They can do that because they often work aftermarket into the payments so a 1300.00 exhaust adds $20.00 bucks or so to your payment. It works for a lot of people. In the real world I agree $899.00 is to much... Our M.S.R.P. on this Cat-Back is $745.00 for consumers so 50% of that is $372.50. shipped. If you are willing to pay that to try Zoomers, I can ship it today...Otherwise on a 10 person group buy for this product will run $545.00 plus shipping. The exhaust is a single side sweep and there is no sustaining drone in the cabin.

As far as why our exhaust gets a premium price it's because it works and it's proven. We are a smaller company than a Magnaflow or Flowmaster and our manufacturing quantities are much smaller so are price tends to be little higher. So we went the extra mile using the best materials available and designing the least amount of bends in our T304 Stainless mandrel pipes. Our muffler and tips are also patented. Our systems make power and torque. In most cases we double what our competition claims. We achieve all this while eliminating the drone and cabin resonance many other exhaust systems suffer from, or at least their customers suffer from.

This is how our design works... We are different than the competition, our exhaust chamber or muffler is an expansion chamber where as the straight through competition is just that ... Straight Through. There is a pressure drop created with the expansion and the vanes in the inlet spin or re-contour the exhaust forcing the gasses towards the perforation creating a vortex. In our Vortex Expansion Chamber the results in the drop in pressure aids in scavenging the system and because the gasses are spinning, velocity of flow is kept high and unwanted backpressure is reduced.

If you were to look at a cut away of our single exhaust chamber you'll see that the perforated core which the ceramic packing surrounds is a larger diameter than both the inlet and outlet tubes of the chamber. Our competition simply is straight through the same diameter, there is no dynamic created, therefore exhaust is slowed and never accelerated. Other chambered devises like Flowmaster only change sound and have really no flow characteristics such as our straight through design.

The Venturi Extraction Tip (or Cannon Tips used in this system) also assists the incoming flow from the Vortex Expansion Chamber. The open chambered design with its ceramic and stainless mesh packing utilizes the fast moving air going under the vehicle. The inlet of the tip necks down resulting in a venturi effect creating a low pressure area in the tip, this helps to extract the gasses and at the same time cancel out the pulses that help create drone and cabin resonance. The effect increases with speed.

I RECEIVED MY ZOOMERS EXHAUST FROM RON ON FRIDAY. 10 DEGREES WITH THE WIND CHILL NOT HAPPY AT ALL.SUNDAY IT'S 50 DEGREES PERFECT FOR INSTALLING A NEW EXHAUST SYSTEM.AS SOON AS I REMOVED THE PRODUCT FROM THE BOX I WAS IMPRESSED.THE QUAILITY OF WORK WAS EVERYWHERE.THE MUFFLER WAS BEAUTIFUL. YOU COULD TELL IT'S NOT YOUR ORINARY MUFFLER.IT HAS A SPECIAL DESIGN TO IT WITH FINS WELDED INSIDE. A SPECIAL BOLT ON PLATE ON ONE END. AND ALL CHROME.THE TIP WAS JUST AS NICE. ALL CHROME WITH SPECIAL WIRE MESH INSIDE AND WITH THERE OWN PATENT # ON IT. THE ALL STAINLESS STEEL T304 PIPES WERE BENT PERFECTLY.NICE AND SMOOTH.
