Paragon VS Bak

Paragon VS Bak
I've narrowed down my choices for covers to these brands. I've read through all the threads and it seems Avanti is pretty happy with his Paragon. He has a couple informative posts and has me leaning towards the Paragon. I'm wondering if anyone that has a Bak cover (either flipbak or rollbak) could tell me why it might be worth the extra 200-300 dollars and go with a Bak cover?

I am also looking at the Paragon or Bakflip. Am leaning towards the Bakflip because of the clean look but have not seen one in person so that worries me.
The Bakflip is not 200.00 more. You can find the Bakflip for around 595.00 with free shipping and the the Paragon is 499.00 plus shipping and lock which brings to a little over 600.00.
If anyone has seen both\either of these in person I would love to hear your evaluation of the two.
