Right now I am getting the worst mileage outta my 06 since I got it in March. Haven't figured out why yet, but I am getting around 11.6 to 12.8 mpg. I know some of you are gonna say that is to be expected, but I figure it out manually and use the fuel logbook from Ontariogasprices.com to keep track of my purchases. I only have 7600 miles on it right now, but I usually average 16. Even gotten 21 in the summer. I am pretty conscientious about my driving habits and run mid-grade with no aftermarket goodies yet. I am not complaining about my truck. I LOVE IT. The fuel economy is to be expected of any truck of this size with the power, but sometimes I am left scratching my head what have I been doing to get such a drastic drop in MPG. Haven't been out racing any soccer moms lately. Maybe I should invest in a locking gas cap! Mmmmmm......interesting!

I used to get about 12.5 in city driving or so before I added an intake and exhaust. I think I have seen an average increase of maybe 1 mpg. However, 13.5 isn't bad in the city with a moderate diriving style.

At <65 MPH you will get 20 + MPG, I drive 70 to 75 and get around 19 MPG, the MDS is really nice, you can tell when it kicks in at 65 MPH or below, and this truck is fast too

You must all take into consideration the Winter Fuel Formula.. It drastically lowers you mileage because of the temperature of the combustion. You will all see better mileage in the summer months.. I have seen 22mpg in my 4.7L in the summer on the highway, (before I lifted it) but even now that it is lifted, and winter time, I am still seeing 11-13mpg avg. I must say that's pretty good for a lifted Dodge with 4.56's!

actually, colder air is better for a motor, uses less fuel, and even with the crappy oxygenated and 10% ethanol mix fuel, you will still see better mileage in the winter than in the summer.
