Hey everyone just found this site pretty cool thought I would register. I have owned chevs all my driving life and felt it was time for a change so I took the leap of faith and bought myself a brand new 07 1500 MegaCab 4x4. I upgraded the tires to 285 70 17's bfg a\t's. Chrome bug deflector,nerf bars,gas cap, wheel flares, box rails, door handles, and put a roll top on it. This truck is black with grey leather, fully loaded and I am in LOVE!!!! I'll try to get some pics up if I can figure it out. Just thought I would say hello.

ditto! lol. i got my 06 1500 for graduation. well, actually a really early graduation. and it feels great! everytime i step into the truck, i fall in love with it more, and more, and more, and more, and more, and more, and more... well, i think you get the point.

 

I am also a first time buyer. I think that the truck is just awesome. Have around 1200 miles of pure joy on her. Plan to leave it failyly stock for awhile then do some modes like the exhaust. Just installed Polk Audio 6x9's and 6 1/2's with the stock head unit and the sound is sooooo much better then the stock speakers. I think that I can live with that setup for quite awhile.

I got a great deal on it ($25,169.00 out the door).
