Help - Got Frame Damage...
[&o] Well, as I come to find out...
[&o
The story of my 2003 Ram HEMI that i purchased on Dec. 2nd 05' at Douglas Nissan of huntingtoin beach.
Don't get me wrong, it was a beautiful truck so i purchased it for $24,000 out the door with 45,000 mi. Man what an idiot i was to impulse buy. I like these trucks so much that this is my 3rd. one... Everything was great for the first month, then the leaf spring joint broke, or was already broken cause it always squeeked. Two weeks later transmission starts acting up and i take it in over a period of over a month. Finally, they tell me to take it to chrystler and it rested in their parking lot for exactly 29 days... March 3rd. i get my truck back. Two weeks later the alternator go's and a battery... YEA! Now everythings good for a month or so and on my way to fontana the engine light comes on and the little electrical light on the bottom right as well. SWEET i think " this trucks litteraly falling apart"... but thats not all; i go to accellerate and all the engine does is rev like in O.D. mode at 70 and i floor it and gain maybe if im lucky 5 more MPH...****Y YES, Scary even more... Even to this day... The SOLUTION:neutral, turn it off then back on... doesn't even faze me anymore...[:@]
By now ive had it up the wall, so i go to trade the truck in at a Mercedez dealership for another 04' Ram HEMI "my first truck" and they run a car fax on my 03' HEMI to show that it has FRAME DAMAGE, ELECTRICAL DAMAGE, and was bought at an auction inTexas. THE BEST PART: they offered me $7,000 when i owed $21,000. Yep! Douglas Nissan is straight up shady!!! Never told me or my buddy and now i think that i'm stuck with this "PRETTY" truck...
Hey, if any of you truck enthusiast have any solutions, ideas, comments, LAWERS just hit me up so i can figure out a game plan... thanks: Stephen

Not sure if there is anything that you can do now, but when I bought mine I requested a copy of the CARFAX report. Printed me one out no problem. Not sure if it is true or not, but somebody told me that it is law for the stealership to have it available upon request. Just some info for your next one.
When you bought the truck did it have an "as is" sticker in the window if so then you are screwed. Now if it did not and you were never informed of the damage then I think you can sue the stealership for the price you paid for the truck. I saw this happen about 10 years ago in Oregon and the dealer had to buy the van back and at the price it was sold for. So go find all of your paperwork and see if you have a case.
Good Luck
