Default P0300 error code help

My 03 hemi 4x4 just started giving the above error code. Stands for: random/multiple cylinder misfire detected.
Any clues as to what might cause that?

Thanks for the tip. I found an old post from some guy that had the same problems. He replaced all the wiring, checked fuel delivery, you name it he replaced it or checked it. Turned out he had a faulty spark plug.
I will definitely check the connections then plugs. It only misses at idle. Once going there's no noticeable problems. We'll see what happens.
