I have this wire coming out by the driver side head light. Is it the fog light connector? If not, what is it?

 

That's your outside temp sensor for the overhead gauge pack. Your fog light wire is by the drivers side
back of the front bumper bar(if yours is prewired).

 

For some reason not all of the '06's were equipped with the connector. Mine was not. The dealer told me the connector (if you have it) is kind of stuffed up into the wire harness. Best bet would be to go to the service area of a dealer and ask an advisor to show you where it is to avoid messing anything up.
