Where would I find projector beam headlights for a 2006 Ram? I'd like just regular preojectors, no halo's or fancy stuff, and would be especially cool if surrounds were all black instead of chrome. Any ideas?

As far as aftermarket projectors, I dont think there is anything like that out yet. You can do a retro fit and get these results...

That's sweet. Give us an idea how to do it.

 

Well....first off, you buy a set of 300C OEM HIDs....then you get your headlights (or preferably a back up set) put them in the oven seperate them, trim the reflector so the projector will fit, mount the ballast on the headlight housing, reseal the headlight and you have to splice into one factory wire to utilize your factory headlight switch. Connect all of this into a relay and your pretty much done....Here are some pics...

wow thats alot of work that you could seriously screw up...try lookin on ebay...but they look really good for something you did at home...you my friend are an pioneer.

actually nevermind, theyre not on ebay, i just went and looked thought i could get you link if they were there, they arent. i would think since the 06s have only been out for a year there wont be much until maybe summer of 07 or winter 07 i dunno dude, sorry i was no help, but the dude to my north knows what hes talkin about...atleast that what it seems to me....

 

Yeah....They dont have any aftermarket projector setups just yet

 

Anybody know when they will be coming out with projectors for the 06s??? I appreciate the info Beastie, but no offense, I would seriously tear something up trying to do all that stuff!!! ha ha
