I WANT TO PUT NEW GEARS ON MY TRUCK, DOES ANY ONE KNOW WHAT THE 03 4.7 4X4 QC COMES WITH

 

either 3.73's or 3.92 probably and please turn the caps lock off.

 

If you look on your differentials, they will say what they are (or at least mine does). Should also be on the window sticker and MAYBE on the sticker in the glovebox.

 

My 03 had 3.55 stock.

 

... and if the stick is still on the inside of your glove box, that should tell you what gears you have.

 

i didnt think any 3rd gens ever had 3.73s. im pretty sure it was either 3.55 or 3.92. if you have 4x4 you would most likely have 3.92s. they put 4.56 gears in the powerwagon and i think they have an option for 4.10 gears in the heavy duty trucks for towing. not sure about that one though.

 

yeah the sticker was on the rear axle it is 3:55. I want 4:56 to restore power lost from my 35 in tires.

 

Me Mega cab shown came stock wiff 3.73's ... only other stock selection was 4.10 in the SLT. Not sure bout the other models.

 

My 03 4.7 4x4 QC has 3.92's.. Not sure if that was an upgrade, or just standard..
