Default chip question

been looking into chipping my 05 hemi. Friend of mine says to be careful to get ono that adjusts your shifting as well. Otherwise i might burn out clutch plates. Has anyone had any experiance with this or chip recomendations ?

Default RE: chip question

The large majority of hemi owners (including myself) use the superchips. It offers 3 different settings beside stock (87 octane, towing, and 91 performance), as well as letting you adjust shift points, rev limiter and speed limiter. Plus, as an added benefit, after you are done downloading the program, you remove the tuner. There is no permanent chip attached to your truck.
