Is it my imagination or do I have to remove the air box to change the passenger side headlight in my CTD? Just checking, because if I do, I'm getting an intake kit and installing that while I have the air box off.

I don't have a CTD, but on my truck you have to remove the fuse box, in order to change the drivers side headlight.

 

I think its easier to just remove the headlamp units and then change them.

I thought the headlight assembly had to be removed to change them. I had to pull the whole light out on my 03.

 

See if you can get up to it from underneath the bumber.

 

I don't believe so.. Some people make this out to be a day long job.. Took me but 15 minutes and NO tools to change my headlights.. Just reach your hand in there and twist that ring, and they pop right out. simple, but seem's only a few can figure it out.
