I could be wrong but I think that has to do with the gas cap or the vent tube on the gas tank.
If you have a aftermarket gas cap (maybe you bought a locking cap or yours was stolen so you bought one at a local parts store), in any case if you have a aftermarket go to the dealership and get a OEM on. There have been reports of some aftermarket caps not working correctly. If you do this clear your code.

I appreciate the feedback guys. I have a stock gas cap so I don't think that's the problem. I was talking to another Dodge owner and he mentioned that it could be an oxygen sensor. Could this be the problem? Where is this located?
here are the possable probs for that code
nvld switch operation., evap purge sol, evap purge sol vac supply. NO O2 the O2 does not have anything to do with this code the evap system is used to purge HC out of the Gas tank and use it for burning and speed density calucations on your gas mileage.
Look for a vac line broken to the Solenoid, Much over that u will haft to take it to the dealer and have them run the NVLD force Test
unless u like spending money on a crap shoot and replacing parts untill u get the one that might be bad.
