Shoedork, I have the one that has the battery lead with relay. (I did not hook it up that way)
Somerandomguy, I paid the extra money for HID hi/lo beam....I have not tried the cruise control yet.
I have had the HID for 2 days now and love them. BUT, I noticed one thing this morning. I went to the truck this am. (it is 39 degrees in Florida this am) and the lights did not want to ignite. It would try to ignite, but not completly turn on.
Have any of you had any trouble trying to light them when it is cold outside?!
Where did you go to buy the HID kit? I'm looking into installing them for my fogs and headlights in my 05 QC 1500.

so let me get this straight: if i was to do the HIDs on my 02, the cruise control might not work, and then a light will stay lit in the dash?

Yap thats what im geting out of it.Still interested thoi never use cruise and lamp out wount bother me, would this also happen if it was installed at a dealer not that i woluld pay 1000.00 bucks for installbut just would not be happy if the light was an and no cruise after just changing lighting .

if all thats going to happen, im just going to buy a set of silverstar bulbs. id like to do the HIDs, but not by sacrificing cruise control
