3500 07 head light aiming

I figured out how to adjust my fogs, ( up and down ) but have not figured out my headlights, I know they will need adjusting when I load up the truck as MT they out of adjustmentt. I see how to do left to right, but I have no idea where the adjustment is for up and down, anyone know where ??
truck is 2007 3500 Laramie dually .
