DODGE RAM 2500 TRX4
I am currently in I raq with the US Army. I am looking at purchasing the Ram 2500 TRX4 package when I get back. I'm looking at the cummins model I test drove one before I left and loved it. Is there anyone out there with anymore insight on this particular model or the 2006???? Thanks For the help.

I'd say you can't go wrong with the Cummins. I wish they offered it in the Power Wagon.
If you can find any '06's when you get back, they should be selling at very good prices. Probablyeasier to findone in a Diesel than gas anyway.
I would get the manual shift transfer case, auto trans, trailer tow mirrors, and the 4.10 axles.

I first off want to thank you for your service to this country. what you are doing is truly awesome
def cant go wrong with a cummins, the trx pkg isnt bad at all, def a great looking pkg on the truck, i will be converting my 1500 thunderroad into a trx4 pretty soon so i can tackle some of this woods up here in maine where i live
the real question i have for you is this.... off- road capability or pure power of the cummins?
cus nothing beats a power wagon if you are willing to go with the hemi motor, plenty of *****, wicked bad on gas, however locking f and r diffs, sway bar disconnect, sits stock on 33's, and the thing is just hott looking
but either way, looks like your going to be getting a pretty sweet truck,
