I'm looking to get a truck and I've come across this one, which fits in my price range, but my main concern is the high mileage (83000). Talk to me about hemi reliability. Should I be steering way away from this truck? What issues should I be looking for? Here's a link to the truck:

i would try and shop around to see if you can find anything else with a few less miles, i just found an 04 2500 Laramie hemi quadcab red/silver 2tone with 36k miles on it for 19,000, the rear bumper just has a half dollar sized dent in it, other then that great, if u look around you should be able to find the truck you want a little cheaper, or even a truck a little nicer for the same as that, just keep looking around and you will find what you want.

I agree, keep looking, although it's not that many miles, they are asking a lot of money for a truck that doesnt look like it has been taken very good care of. Keep looking and you'll know when you find the right truck and there will be no questions asked...

 

Hemi should hold alot of miles.

 

Pretty high miles for that price. I just bought an 03 2500 QC Laramie Hemi 4x4 66k miles for $15,300. Keep looking, the deals are out there.
