Squeeking Like bed springs
I have the exact same problem with my 05. Over the years I've seen posts complaining of the same problem. Some suggestions have been:
1) Lousy neoprene suspension bushings that might benefit from polyurethane replacements
2) Torsion bar adjustments, looseness, or other malfunction that the dealer needs to fix.
I've noticed mine make much more noise in the cold weather than in the summer. Makes me think the torsion bar theory may have some merit.

Just had mine(driver side)replaced last week and the other side last year. These were the lower ball joints. I asked the service mgr if there was a TSB or recall and a mechanic was passing by as I asked and he said" There should be! We do enuff of em!" The service mgr did not look too pleased...
If there is a recall, save your paperwork b/c you get your deductible and/or money back. Just my .02

definately the ball joints. I had mine checked out last week for the same noise. I have 57k miles on mine and they are shot! Get ready to open your wallet because dodge was brilliant enough to mold the upper joints right into the control arm which means the whole thing has to be replaced. The only good news is when you do this you get greaseable joints like what should have been in there to start with!
Our local shop gave me a $550 estimate and, he too, said it is way to common of a problem in these trucks.

This is going to sound funny but pop your hood while driving when you hear the squeeking (not fast though
). I thought I had front in problems on my 04 2500 4x4 QC but come to find out it was the hood rubbing on the rubber hood bumbers. I know it sounds funny but give it a try. If that is it just get some white lythium greas and put it on the rubber hood bumper
