Default Ball Joints

alright so.. after investigating a really annoying sound from my front end i found it to be my ball joints. Being as there is 9" of snow on the ground, and my truck doesnt fit in the garage, i went to the dealership and was quoted 650+tax to replace both lower ball joints on my 2002 ram 4x4. does that sound right? seems really expensive for that.

my 95 jimmy (granted not the same vehicle) cost me about $400. That included my employee discount at the dealership ($25/hr labor 10% over cost on parts).

If you replace them use Moog or any other high quality part make sure they are greaseable I had to replace them on my ford it was $500 plus tax. I used Moog they have a lifetime warranty.
