Well i broke down and dropped at the dealer and they were thinking another reflash with out looking at it yet. By intake you mean the cold air intake, like my AEM Brute Force that i have on aftermarket??? What did you have on stock or aftermarket?? What the heck cost 1000 dollars that doesnt sound good

 

not the air intake but the intake manifold on the engine i couldnt believe it i even made them give me the old part so i could take pics and send them to chrysler now i have it hanging in my garage to remind me of that trip out of town gone bad ... my truck is stock except for a 3in lift in the front and 33in goodyear mtrs on 17x10 wheels .. i am looking to add a cold air intake and im wondering which is the best for the buck anyone know ?

 

Good evening guys. while Im new here, I am a moderator on one of the other dodge talk sites. I am scouring the net trying to find out any information on this exact condition. In fact, everything I have read here I could have posted myself... EXACT same scenario.

Do any of you who have been through this before have any light to shed? My truck is starting to do this now every other day. REAL annoying.

Well, mine ended up being the pcm (computer) and it was covered under warranty because they said it was an emission part. otherwise like 800 bucks, hope this helps.
