Helo PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE post the results when you get the chance. I am looking for a good tuner and those were pretty much the 2 I was considering. We all are waiting for those numbers. Also do you know if the BD system will be updateable (if that is a word), ya know download new programs from the web?

I purchased the Power Pup last Thursday in Lubbock, TX. I got home Friday night and it said I had to download updates to get it to work. I thought, "not a problem, I know how to do this stuff. I have a put a computer together before. I spent 6 hours trying to get the unstable downloader program to work. It never worked right and I fried the unit. Customer service is closed on the weekend so I called today (Monday). They told me that they have this problem with the gas downloaders, they don't come with any software on them and so you have to download all the software and the program is highly unstable. I sent it it today $20 for UPS ground and insurance etc. They told me that they will fix it. If you want I will post back when I get it and how good it is. The customer service guys are knowledgeable and nice. It frustrates me that I had to pay $20 for the shipping when the problem is their dumb thing. And the 30 Horse and 50 torque numbers are just for GM. The HEMI's are 24 H and 42 T. They told me the turnaround is pretty fast.
I am running a throttle body, air intake and flowmaster.

I finally was able to install my Power Pup for the HEMI. I will be taking it on a 100 mile trip today so I will know more. I installed the premium 91 octane mode and changed transmission shift points.I won't leave it on there for too long because 90 is the highest octane gas where I live. They have a mid-grade level for 85-87 octane that adds power and is better for towing. That is what I will change it to and keep it. I did take it out last night so I could run some 0-60 runs. I live in West Texas so everything is rural, it is easy to stop on the highways and start cold. I will say that while I drove the 1.5 miles through the neighorhoods to the country it felt peppier. I thought I would only feel a difference when I let 'er rip. I noticed a very strong response to barely touching the gas from 0-25. When I did do 2different 0-60 starts it was quicker than before. I say that without a dyno sheet. I bought the Hypertech and couldn't tell anything different with performance. This was noticeable. I will write after my quick trip today.

sorry didnt list truckchamp.com price. its 259 if you find a 10% off code. they like to post them alot on the main page and you can also do a search for them. they told me they are on backorder for 6 weeks. i opted to pay the extra 26 dollars to have it alot sooner at autoanything.com. use code gift10 to get this price.
