I just bought the Ram 1500 with the 5.7 HEMI and so far i love it!! I have been across ebay and found the cheap CAI kit, and like so many other forum posts they discuss this but they never really say if they are worth the dime or not. I know they aren't gonna perform as good as the high dollar version or maybe they will but if anyone is sporting these do you see improvement?

 

HELL YEA!! on my 03 the throttle response was **** compared to what it is now! mine runs from the throttle body to right behind the passenger head light. before i got the cut out i growled like crazy under full throttle. now all i hear is some nascar truck series engine lol. helped it not to starv out so much on the top end (right before shifting)

 

For the price, one of the best mods you can get IMHO.
