I am going to change my oil again...probably gunna use amsoil, but my other question is...what are some inexpensive and quick things i can do while changing it that might help performance and/or help with the maintenence? like pvc valve...clean the air filter, etc...let me know what y'all have...thanks G's

 

Can't go wrong with the Air filter, and a very good oil filter helps also.

 

went with amsoil 5w-20 and bought the recharge kit for the k&n filter...is it just me or does (you guys who have used amsoil) the truck seem to run a tad smoother?

 

Yep, Amsoil. I'm running Purple now just to test and the truckfeel like itlikes Amsoil better.
