you HAVE to do the top black too, the hood just remindsme of a ricer, no offence or anything, even the pinstripe, or even where it drops down, it needs something more and then it will look amazing

I got it playing poker in home games,I guess I either bluff really well,or really poorly!! With my young daughter hanging around when we play at my house, the language had to be cleaned up a bit, hence the shift from Horse S**t to Horseapples! hope this clears that up for ya!!

Congrats on your truck, whatever you do will look great, but it looks good already so you have a nice starting place![sm=icon_cheers.gif]

Your photo shop finish is what I am looking to do to my truck, except keep the bottom red and silver/ grey on the top. Nice to see that scheme on a QC...

The more I looked at it, the more I wanted to do it to my truck. Here's what I'm going for. Again, it's MS Paint so don't flame me for it.

I did the lift, shaved all the badges and door handles, top half is black, seperated by a thin silver strip. Sorry to threadjack for a bit, but I just haven't seen to much of this style on our trucks and I REALLY like it! Now to just save up for a real paint job!

I'm at work (reall busy) and MS Paint isn't the best graphics program out there, but I think it gets the job done.

Now you got me thinking....[sm=confused06.gif]

Reminds me of the harley editions of the Ford 150 -

I like it but agree with the other posters that you need the top painted, pin stripe, or some combination to tie it all together.

Good idea, hope it all works out
