Default Painted Hood

Got the hood back today.I like it, but from the side where the hood rolls over to me it does not look right.I was thinking about getting the hood painted where it rolls over so from the side you would see silver. What do you guys and gals think.

I'm torn. Almost looks like a wanna-be carbon fiber hood you'd find on a Civic. But then you see the mopar style stripe on the ***-end and you kinda get the theme. The black areas are almost too far apart to notice any correlation. Not really my thing, but it looks good. You should black out the space between the side windows.

Oh, or maybe do the whole top half of the truck in black. That classic two-tone look would be effin sweet looking!

A simplw silver pinstripe would break up all that black and make it look more custom instead of looking like you just added a black hood. Just my opinion,I could be wrong.......[sm=alcoholic.gif]

I'm at work (reall busy) and MS Paint isn't the best graphics program out there, but I think it gets the job done.

Looks better with the top painted black. With just the hood painted looks like you got a new hood after a wreck and couldn't afford to get it painted.

yeah man, i would put that silver pinstripe on and also paint it from the bottom of the window up, that would look really nice....seing how there arent that many two-tone rams out there......maybe even paint from the bottom up to the door protector things the same balck....idk though it might be a little loverkill......but it would look pretty cool....
